Used in conjunction with SkyNet's Fleet Information System (FIS), you have the ability to send appointments directly to a employee's SatTrack device with full address and job details, client notes, and start times. This information can be sent as a single dispatch or as a bulk upload for multiple devices where scheduled appointments are required. Using GPS, visitation records are captured confirming time on site and distances travelled. This reduces reporting time by automatically recording data such as job location, time spent on each call, distance travelled, exception reports, shift reports and more.
Other options available include integrated photo capture, signature capture, barcode and smart card reading for added compliance or logistics requirements
