A discrete alarm can be activated and sent from just about any location via SkyNet's satellite duress systems. The alarms are activated via strategically placed trigger points around the vessel or via a wireless pendant. The duress system enables an organisation to activate a rapid, coordinated response to the vessels exact location. A vessel's information is updated regularly while it is tracked via SkyNet's Marine Information System (MIS) or transmitted through to an external 24/7 monitoring and response facility

Automatic Alerts

MIS allows Geofence perimeters to be set up and alerts are sent when a vessel enters or exits that area. Automatic alerts are sent if a vessel strays off course, if it's about to enter a dangerous area, or if it is stolen.

Marine Information System

SkyNet's Marine Information System (MIS) displays all relevant fleet information including the vessels name, time of alert, location, course, heading, and speed of the vessel.
