Hybrid

SkyNet's hybrid solution automatically switches between the satellite and cellular networks, providing constant communication and increased economy wherever possible. It provides the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the cellular network and global coverage provided by the Inmarsat Satellite as well as allowing the transfer of data even with cellular network drop outs.

FIS

SkyNet's range of tracking solutions are accessed via the Fleet Information System (FIS) administration interface, where accurate information can be accessed in real time.

Location data is accessed via SkyNet's Fleet Information System and provides end users with information to monitor and track their vehicles in real time. The data's accuracy enables you to prepare for fleet vehicle arrivals, decreasing turn-around times and increasing your operations overall efficiency.

FIS provides the access for you to view your fleet's position, status, and detailed information specific to the tasks your fleet is undertaking. In addition, FIS has the capability of providing real time and historic reports together with a host of map and tracking options.
